RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At A Precocious Child Candle Co, every product is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies.

All Sales Final
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity concerns, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns on:

  • Candles

  • Wax products

  • Room sprays

  • Linen sprays

  • Diffuser solutions

  • Body oils

  • Lotions

  • Hand soaps

  • Custom products

  • Personalized products

  • Clearance items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Clear photographs of product

  • Photographs of packaging

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of replacement requests.

Replacement Eligibility
At our sole discretion, we may:

  • Replace the product

  • Issue store credit

  • Provide another reasonable resolution

Refunds are generally not issued except where required by applicable law.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, A Precocious Child Candle Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Fragrance Preferences
Because scent perception is subjective, dissatisfaction based solely on fragrance preference does not qualify for a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us first regarding any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using shipping records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and transaction records.
